Picture Books 2012: Impacting Lives, Literacy & Learning - EDU 744I 0812 01
3.0 Semester Units
This class will focus on "Picture Books". Participants will become familiar with authors, illustrators, their books, websites, eBooks, and other resources that engage students while promoting and celebrating words, information, and images. Each evening there will be time to read and explore picture books in a variety of content areas. The class is designed for teachers, counselors, speech therapists, parents or others who work with: Preschool, K-6, Middle School, High School, or Community College students and want to incorporate picture books into their work.
This is a NO HOMEWORK Class - there are no outside class assignments or papers.
