In recent decades, there have been widespread advances in technology and methods of communication.  These shifts have changed the way our students learn as well as how they approach the world.  This class will help teachers understand how technology is changing the way our students' brains are developing and will provide insight into how to educate the whole child to promote success in the digital age.  You will learn the skills necessary to teach the students of today while utilizing both "high-tech" and "low-tech" strategies.
